Meet the Board
A global board. A shared mindset.
Our advisors bring experience from leadership, enterprise, government, research, innovation, and delivery. Some have built businesses. Others have shaped policy, led transformation, or guided industries through complexity.
They know what progress looks like and what gets in the way.
What unites them is not just experience. It’s a shared belief in doing things properly, asking better questions, and helping others grow with purpose.
Together, they help Klostel stay sharp, stay grounded, and stay accountable to the standard we set.

I started Klostel after years working inside organisations that talked about change but couldn’t deliver it. I saw talented people stuck in broken systems - Full of ideas, but blocked by silos, unclear priorities, or internal politics. I couldn’t shift it from within, so I built something that could.
I also saw businesses with real potential and sharp people with brilliant ideas but too few resources, not enough support, or too much noise getting in the way. Klostel exists to help them cut through that and make progress that sticks.Over the last decade, I’ve delivered across major international sporting events, scaling ventures, innovative tech firms, top-tier universities, consultancy and community-led initiatives. Sometimes that means working closely with executive teams to shape strategy and build alignment. Other times it’s about cutting through noise, unblocking delivery, and getting momentum back where it’s been lost.
Klostel exists to turn intention into action. We bring structure, pace, and clarity to organisations that are ready to move and want to do it properly.
Outside of Klostel, I run a volunteer-led organisation that connects people through football, culture, and shared purpose. Whether in business or in communities, I care about helping things work better with honesty, integrity, intent, and follow-through.
